If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. A full refund will be issued less the original shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you.
Our Exchange Policy:
If product you received a product that was defective or it was an incorrect product, we will exchange it for the same product within 15 days of your order date. You must first email us with the exact problem with an order confirmation number. Also please mail back the product (must include all parts or pieces of the product ordered) including a copy of your sales receipt and details of your problem.
Please note: For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please contact us before returning to receive authorization or your return will not be accepted. DiscountPokerShop.com will not pay or reimburse return shipping postage on all return items.
If a package is refused upon delivery, the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping the item back to us will be deducted from your order.
